These Services are provided by GRREENISTRY SMART SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (referred to as "we", "our", or "us").
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to review our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.
Our Services may include web-based or downloadable software, which may automatically update to newer versions. We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the software solely for accessing the Services. If any component is offered under an open source license, that license may override certain parts of these Terms.
We may change the features of our Services, withdraw or add new features form time to time.
Static QR Codes: These are free and work independently of our platform once created. They encode content directly and do not rely on any service from us.
Dynamic QR Codes: These are linked to your TrailQube account and allow tracking, editing, and analytics. Users on the free plan will see TrailQube branding briefly before being redirected. This can be removed with a premium plan. There is no limit on the number of scans.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrailQube will not be liable for any loss of data, business, revenue, or hardware/software issues. Our maximum liability is limited to ₹5000 INR or the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
We provide our Services "as is" and do not guarantee functionality, availability, or reliability. No express or implied warranties are made regarding the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Right of Withdrawal: A free trial is available for full feature access. Since users have ample time to evaluate the platform, no withdrawals or refunds will be accepted post-subscription.
Refunds: All payments are final. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop auto-renewal, but access continues until the current billing cycle ends.
